Mark is a London-based MD, composer and pianist training at the Royal Academy of Music in Musical Direction and Coaching.
Theatre credits as MD and Assistant MD include: The Boyfriend (Her Majesty's) Crazy For You (London Palladium), Naked Boys Singing (Arts Theatre), Nunsense (Arts Theatre) A Christmas Carol (King’s Head) Grimm Tales (Library Theatre) Calamity Jane (Upstairs at the Gatehouse) West Side Story (GSA), Chicago (Urdang Academy) FRESHER (Zoo Roxy) Once Upon a Time at the Adelphi (Union Theatre) Little Shop of Horrors (Fairfield Halls), also The Wiz, Rent, Into The Woods, and Sweeney Todd. He was MD on a number of cabarets featuring some of the West End's and Broadway's best artists including Patina Miller, Julie Atherton, and Helena Blackman. Mark also works as an MD for YMT:UK.
Composition credits for theatre include: FRESHER (MTM:UK Award for Best New Musical 2010) Proof (Stage Electrics Best Sound Award 2008) Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me (Cockpit Theatre) Metamorphosis (Lost Theatre) and The Bear Who Paints (Arden Award, Edinburgh Fringe). Other compositions have been commissioned by the NWCO, NUWO, and flautist Claire Samson.
As a Pianist his credits include: Tick, Tick...Boom (Duchess Theatre), Songs For A New World (New Players Theatre), and Legacy Falls (New Players Theatre)
